The India – Central Asian Foundation (ICAF), New Delhi, India was established on March 1, 2005. ICAF is governed by a Governing Body (GB) whose members are distinguished personalities from various walks of life. The current President and Vice-President is Shri K Santhanam, distinguished scientist and Shri K Raghunath, former foreign secretary respectively.
